Furntec.in is a factory-direct digital commerce platform under Flexispace Furntech Private Limited. We connect customers directly to our manufacturing facility — eliminating dealer margins, showroom overheads, and middlemen.

Every product on Furntec.in is made to your exact specification after you place and pay for your order. We do not maintain finished goods inventory. Your payment is what releases your product to production.

Our promoters operate an 85,000 sq ft manufacturing and finishing facility in Harohalli Industrial Area, Bengaluru — equipped with CEFLA-licensed Italian coating technology and HOMAG and Biesse CNC woodworking machinery.

PU, lacquer, acrylic, and veneer finishes are applied under controlled factory conditions — not on-site. This ensures finish consistency, durability, and the kind of quality that site-applied finishes cannot deliver.

The operating principle

No Payment. No Production. Every order on Furntec.in is payment-confirmed before a single material is cut. This eliminates dead inventory risk, keeps our prices factory-sharp, and ensures your product is made specifically for you.

Step 1 — Browse and select

Browse products by category — Verdeon Doors, Fluydoo Aluminium, or Furntec Furniture. Each product card shows the starting price. Click to open the product configurator.

Step 2 — Configure your product

Select your material grade and brand, enter your required size, choose your finish type, select a colour or panel option, and pick your hardware. The price engine updates your total in real time with every selection.

Step 3 — Review your price

The price panel shows a full breakdown — base price, material upgrade, size adjustment, finish, and hardware additions. Set your quantity and confirm the total before proceeding.

Step 4 — Pay and confirm

100% advance payment is required to confirm your order. Your payment is what releases your order to our production team. No partial payments, no credit — full payment confirms full commitment to your specification.

Step 5 — Production

Your order enters our manufacturing queue after payment confirmation. Production lead time is 10–15 working days depending on the product category and current queue. You will receive SMS and email updates.

Step 6 — Quality check and dispatch

Every product undergoes a QC check against your order specification before packing. Products are packed to protect against transit damage — edge protection, hardware bundling, and barcode labelling. Dispatch is tracked.

Step 7 — Delivery and installation

Products are delivered by transporter or courier depending on size and destination. Installation for doors and aluminium systems is coordinated through our empanelled local service partners — charges are communicated before dispatch.

Production lead time

All products are made to order. Production lead time is 10–15 working days from payment confirmation, depending on product type and current production queue. Doors typically dispatch in 10–12 days. Furniture in 12–15 days. Fluydoo systems in 8–12 days.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on product dimensions, weight, and delivery pincode. Charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Orders above ₹25,000 qualify for free delivery within Bengaluru. Pan-India delivery is available for all products.

Packing standards

All products are packed with edge protection, foam padding, and stretch wrap. Doors are packed in wooden crates or corrugated reinforcement for transit safety. Hardware is bundled separately with the product. Every package carries an order barcode and delivery label.

Installation

Installation is not included in the product price unless specifically stated. Installation charges and service vendor details are communicated before dispatch. You may opt in or arrange your own installer. Doors require a carpenter. Fluydoo systems require an aluminium fabricator. Furniture pieces come with assembly guides.

Cancellation policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation for a full refund. After 24 hours, once an order has entered production, cancellation is not possible as materials have been cut to your specific dimensions and finish. Custom-sized and custom-finished products cannot be resold and are therefore non-cancellable after production begins.

Returns

We accept returns only in the case of manufacturing defects, damage in transit, or incorrect product delivered against your confirmed order specification. Returns due to change of mind or incorrect size ordered by the customer are not accepted for made-to-order products.

Defective or damaged goods

If your product arrives damaged or does not match your confirmed specification, please photograph the damage within 48 hours of delivery and contact us at hello@furntec.in with your order reference. We will arrange replacement manufacturing at no additional cost.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
